Bogdana Neamtu
Bogdana Neamțu is an Associate professor, PhD, and Head of the Department of Public Administration and Management at Babes Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca, Romania. She obtained her PhD in 2008, with a thesis in the field of urban studies (urban growth management).
After obtaining her PhD, she continued to work on topics related to urban sustainability. She co-directs, together with her colleague Dacian Dragos, the Center for Good Governance Studies, a small research unit dealing with topics pertaining to free access to documents and information, ADR in public law, public procurement, corruption studies, and other aspects pertaining to good governance. Since 2016, she is habilitated to supervise PhD students, including topics in sustainable public procurement.
SAPIENS PROJECT ROLE
Bogdana will co-supervise ESRs 13 and 10. She will also co-organize the summer school in Cluj-Napoca in 2022.
